The History Books Forgot About Us, And the Bible Didn't Mention Us.

The weekend has been long and very full of ups and downs. I'm tired.

I've started to realize that these last couple weeks have been (and still are) one of my sometimes recurring transition periods. Times when I know who I am, but also sort of like things have shifted slightly off center and need readjusting to get me back to where I belong.
Sometimes these periods will yield some small differences that covertly plant themselves in my life. And I would say that's how I change and how I have changed so majorly over the past couple years. It's those little changes that become a part of who you are because they're still there when you reestablish your mood. If that makes sense....

Anyway, I'm not excited for school this week. It won't be a difficult week, but I'm just worn out today. And probably will be tomorrow.

Okay but on a less boring note. Well, maybe less boring. Today I started watching Harper's Island. It's a John Turtletaub production, which basically means there's a huge cast of characters who are all interrelated or connected somehow and something CRAZY is going on around them. And sometimes that crazy thing comes into play, but most of the time it's just a One-Tree Hill-esque drama in which all the characters are lying to each other and sleeping with each other and have weird personal vendettas. And they're all ridiculously attractive.
Even the ones who are originally set up to be scraggly or outcast.....

show up two scenes later with like... awesome hair and perfect lighting and suddenly you're siding with them.

So far I'm very drawn in though. It's entertaining at the least.

But yeah, today I did absolutely nothing but watch TV and eat. I left the apartment once to get more to eat and drink. Oh and I also made this Irish stew, which turned out about as well as I could have hoped on my first try making it.

Definitely had a few people to talk to and clear things up with today after the ups and downs of last night. But ask me about that in some other medium if you want to know about it. I'm not gonna type about my drama here.

Lastly, the roomies and I watched Accepted today, which I've seen many times before, but still really love watching. Justin Long is awesome, and you should also check him out in Zack and Miri Make a Porno, and Galaxy Quest, because I love his characters in both of those as well.

Ok it's late and I'm going to bed.
